Clarke’s Cheesesteak Skillet

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs Lean Ground Beef/ Ground Turkey
1 T. Steak Seasoning
1 Colored Bell Pepper, cut into strips
1 Green Bell Pepper, cut into strips
1/2 Onion, diced
1/2 C. Mushrooms, thinly sliced
1.5 tsp. Minced Garlic
6 Slices Provolone Cheese, reduced fat

Instructions:

Heat up a large skillet and ground beef until fully cooked. Drain meat. Add the meat back to the skillet and add in the steak seasoning. In another skillet, heat up the garlic for about 30 seconds and then add in veggies and cook until onions are translucent. Add the cooked vegetables onto the ground beef and mix well over medium heat to reheat the beef. Add cheese slices evenly over top. Add the lid to your pan until the cheese is fully melted. Enjoy!
